Personal Training Sessions

Personal/Private sessions allow for Coach Ant to break down your technique and slow the movements down. Some athletes tend to move to fast or out of control and this does not allow the athlete to properly practice technique.

Group Sessions

Not only does a group session give you the opportunity to learn from Coach Ant but it will also allow you to learn from other athletes as well. Each group session is specifically programed so all athletes can expand their knowledge and performance.

Team Training

Not everyone enjoys a private session or training with a group where they may not know anyone. Get your squad together and prepare to succeed as a team!
